Stay hydrated, and drink at least 2-3 liter of water every day. Or you can divide your weight by 30 and the resulting number coincides with the amount of water you need. Eat less at a time but eat often. Don’t eat so much at a time eat in little amount but eat after every 2 hours.
Take a bowl cut some tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, carrots, and corn, add some black paper and salt, and eat uncooked. For proper digestion chew the food properly. And also consuming yogurt, because it helps the growth of healthy gut bacteria. Finish your dinner before 7:30 PM or max before 8:00 PM.
